Before signing for your chair we highly recommend at least inspecting the box for any obvious damage that may have occurred while in transit to your location.  All Concept Seating chairs are manufactured on a per order basis.  Figure four weeks for the construction of your chair, then 3 to 9 days for delivery once your chair has been completed.

     All of Third-street products are manufactured in the U.S. and so ship from their respective states.  Orders usually ship within 24 hours of placing your order Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed on Friday, the weekend, or major holidays will be shipped the next business day.  Please keep in mind shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to things like inclement weather, FedEx or UPS issues, inventory shortages, or other acts beyond our control. However, we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee.
