    A.  Most of our products will require assembly by you or someone you hire.  A few of our products do come fully assembled and if that is the case you will see it noted in the description.

    A.  At this time we do not take orders by phone or email.  Please make your purchase by going through the checkout process.

    Q.  What if I want to order a Third-Street product as a gift?

    A.  We have made this very easy.  Simply place your order by going through the checkout process like normal.  Just make sure to specify the shipping address of the person or business receiving the gift so we can ship directly to them.  If you have any special instructions just make sure to list them at checkout or send an email to support@third-street.com.

     Q.  How soon should I expect my delivery?

    A.  Typical delivery times are 3 to 9 business days from the time of order.  We do our absolute best to make sure this happens for each and every order.  Please see our Shipping page for more information.  Also, some products are built to order and may take longer to receive.  If this is so for your selected product, that information will be in the product details.

    Q.  What payment methods do you accept?

    A.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  You can also make a purchase using your PayPal account.  All are fast, easy, and especially secure.  We also except Amazon Pay.

    Q.  What if my shipping address is different than my mailing/billing address?

    A.  This has been anticipated.  During the checkout process you will be asked to enter your mailing/billing address first.  Once that has been completed you will then be asked to enter the delivery address before finishing the checkout process.

    Q.  What if I want to make a purchase but it's not during normal store hours?

    A.  Third-Street is set up so anyone can make a purchase 24/7, 365 days a year on all products.  Please feel free to shop and purchase any day, any time.

    Q.  How long before my order is processed?

    A.  Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase if ordered Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

    Q.  How do I go about submitting a warranty claim?

    A.  Please let us know about any warranty issues by sending an email to support@third-street.com. Each company is a bit different when it comes to warranty claims but we will help navigate the process to make sure you get taken care of.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    We know how important timely shipping is to our customers.  We offer ground shipping on your new products.  At this time our normal shipping plan includes the contiguous United States only.  If you live in Alaska or Hawaii please contact Customer Support at (503) 912-4474 or via email at support@third-street.com for a shipping quote.  Third-street does not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.  

    Third-Street offers three tiers of shipping for most products. Please review them carefully and decide which is best for you. Make your selection during checkout.

    STANDARD SHIPPING. Your new item is delivered to your address and carefully unloaded curbside. Here you will sign for your new desk and then it is up to you to take into your home and place it where you wish. 

    INSIDE SHIPPING. Your new item is delivered to your address and carefully taken into your home and placed per your instructions. Your desk will be left in it's packaging. You will then sign for your desk.

    WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING. This option is highly recommended for your comfort and satisfaction. Your new item is delivered to your address and carefully taken into your home and placed per your instruction. The packaging will be taken off the desk before final placement. You will have a chance to inspect the desk and make sure everything is just perfect before signing off. Once complete, the packaging will be hauled away. 

    A signature is required for all items upon arrival at your location. We will keep you as up to date as possible regarding the arrival time of your new item for your convenience. Many items ship on a tractor trailer. Please let us know if there are any restrictions in your neighborhood that might bar the arrival of a semi-truck. If necessary special arrangements can be made but we need to know as soon as possible. Contact us at support@third-street.com.

    MANUFACTURED ON DEMAND. Some companies we work with manufacture on demand. Manufacture times take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. This will be noted in the product description. Please also see the bottom of this page for cancellation and return policy regarding Manufactured on Demand products.

    All of Third-street products ship from the  U.S. from their respective states.  Orders usually ship within 24 hours of placement Monday through Thursday.  Orders placed on Friday, the weekend, or major holidays will be shipped the next business day.  Please keep in mind shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed - delays may happen due to things like inclement weather, FedEx or UPS issues, inventory shortages, or other acts beyond our control. However, we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

    ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING NUMBERS

    Once your order has been processed, we will email you your order status updates and tracking number until your new products arrive.

    DAMAGE AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to support@third-street.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges as well as a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Watch for special shipping conditions such as Manufactured on Demand in the product description for the item you are purchasing. Some of our products are non-returnable.

    MANUFACTURED ON DEMAND. Any product being manufactured on demand will have a no cancellation policy once manufacture has begun. Manufactured on Demand products are non-returnable.

Your new item is delivered to your address and carefully taken into your home and placed per your instruction. The packaging will be taken off the desk before final placement. You will have a chance to inspect the desk and make sure everything is just perfect before signing off. Once complete, the packaging will be hauled away.
